The CS department hires a large number of tutors and graders for its courses each semester. The minimum requirement to become a tutor or grader is to have taken at least one CS course. For upper-level courses, you will likely need to have taken more courses.

A couple weeks before each semester, an email will be sent out with a link to an application form. All declared CS majors and minors will automatically receive this email. Also, students from the previous semester's courses will receive the email. If you are not among that group, but would still like to apply, be sure to contact an ASI or professor, and we can get you the application.

You will be notified via your Middlebury email of your acceptance. If your status as a candidate changes, for whatever reason, please notify an ASI as soon as you can.
