Johnson 205

Johnson 205 is equipped with a projection system that accepts input from a laptop computer and projects the output onto the screen at the front of the room for display. Johnson 206

Spherical Image - RICOH THETA

In this room you can project from a laptop and watch DVD’s or VHS videos. There is no longer a dial on the wall that requires turning to make the projector turn on.

Turning the System On
The Up and Down Switch for the screen is mounted on the North wall.

The button panel is now mounted in the rack. Press the On button under Display to turn on the projector.

Select Your Source
Laptop

• Press the Laptop button
• Connect the VGA cable to your computer. If you have a Mac you will need the appropriate dongle.
• Power on your computer and you should have projection. If you don’t, go to the Troubleshooting section of this document.

DVD/VCR
• Press the DVD/VCR button
• On the combo player press the silver button surrounded by blue to select which side you want to use. It will be highlighted on the combo player’s screen.
• Insert your video and press play.
• There is a remote to the combo player in the drawer.

Please remember to turn the system off when you are finished.

Johnson 207 is equipped with a projection system that accepts input from a laptop computer and projects the output onto the screen at the front of the room for display. There are also dual or single slide projectors and a large-screen monitor that accepts input from a VCR.

Johnson 304 is equipped with a projection system that accepts input from a laptop computer, a VCR, a DVD player, an auxiliary computer, or auxiliary video equipment and projects the output onto the screen at the front of the room for display. All equipment is controlled by the Touch Panel system.
