Library Fax Machine

 The LIS Helpdesk is in charge of troubleshooting the Fax machine out by the info desk. The fax machine is very low maintenance and simple to use. There are printed instructions right next to the fax. Here is brief description of some things to know about the fax machine.
- It needs to have paper replenished in the paper tray to print error reports, but since very little paper is used it rarely needs to be filled.
- It attempts to send a fax three times. If the number is wrong or the line is busy it retries and that can take a few moments. If it's sent successfully a single tone sounds. If it can't complete the transmission then it prints an error report and a two tone signal sounds.
