Turning System On
Touch the screen to begin; this will take you to the first menu where you can select either Center or Side Screen. Pressing one will turn on the projector.
Lights - You can control the lights in this room by pressing the Lights button. There are four lighting options: On, Medium, Video, or Off.
Projecting from PC - Press the PC icon on the touch screen panel. You should have projection. If you do not have projection, go to the Troubleshooting section of this document.
Watching a Blu-ray/DVD - Press the Blu-ray icon on the touch panel screen. Insert your disk and press play. You can control theBlu-ray player from the touch panel. It will play, stop, fast forward, rewind, skip forward, skip back, pause, and eject. You can also use the arrows on the right side of the screen to navigate the menu options, go to the Main Menu, Title page, and use Enter to make a selection.
Projecting from USB-C - Press the laptop icon on the top of the touch panel screen. Connect the USB-C cable to your laptop. Turn your computer on. You should have projection. If you do not have projection go to the Troubleshooting section of this document.
Projecting from HDMI - Press the HDMI icon at the top of the touch panel. Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. Turn your computer on. You should have projection. If you do not have projection go to the Troubleshooting section of this document.
Projecting from APPLE TV - Press the Apple TV/MAC icon on the touch screen panel. On your Mac, look up top in the menu bar for the Apple TV/Airplay symbol and tap. Enter the MBH 104 and you should see projection.
Turning System Off - On the bottom right of all the touch panel screens is the red Power System Off button. Press this; a confirmation screen will pop up. Press the green Yes button to confirm you want to turn the system off. All devices in the rack will turn off, the projector will turn off and the screen will go up when you press this button.
Help - If you have problems at any time, you can press the Help? button, this will give you the number to the Helpdesk. A phone is available near to the podium.
Please remember to turn the system off when you are finished.
