Spherical Image - RICOH THETA

In this room you can project from a laptop with HDMI or AppleTV and play DVDs or Blu-rays.

Powering on the System - Press the Display ON power button. This will turn on the projector.

Screen - The screen is manual, you will need to pull it down yourself.

Projecting from a Laptop - Press the HDMI button, connect the HDMI cable to your computer. If you have a Mac, you will need the appropriate adapter/dongle to connect your computer to the HDMI cable. You should see your desktop image on the screen, if you do not, go to the troubleshooting section of this page.

Watching a Blu-ray/DVD - Press the Blu-ray button. You may need to power on the Blu-ray player. You can do this using the power button on the player, or there should be a remote control present. Insert your disc and press play on the the Blu-ray player.

Projecting from AppleTV - Press the AppleTV icon on the touch panel. On your computer on the top right, click on the AirPlay icon, it looks like a rectangle with a triangle inserted into it. Click on it and select AXN229. Type the 4-digit code that appears on the projector screen into your computer and then you should have wireless projection. Audio can be controlled using knob on the control unit.

When you are finished please remember to turn the system off to conserve energy.
