In this space you can project from the podium computer, a laptop using VGA or HDMI and you can play DVDs or Blu-ray discs. There is an option on the touch panel to use a combo DVD/VCR player but this device has been removed.

Power on the System - Touch the power icon in the middle of the touch screen. This will take you to the main menu, turn on the projector and lower the screen.

Lights - You can control the lighting level from the left side of the touch panel.

Volume - You can control the volume level in the room with the large dial at the bottom of the touch panel. You can also mute the audio with the Audio Mute icon on the touch screen. If the icon is blue, the audio is muted.

Project from a Laptop - Press the Laptop icon at the top of the touch screen. Connect the VGA or HDMI cable to your computer. The system will automatically sense which cable is being used and project. If you have any problems projecting, contact the Helpdesk at x2200 and request help from Media Services.

Project from Desktop - Press the PC icon. You should immediately have projection. If you don't have projection, check the small Dell computer box at the bottom of the rack on the right. Make sure it is on. There is a small round power button on the left side of the box. If you still do not have projection, call the Helpdesk at x2200 and request help from Media Services.

Play Blu-ray or DVD - Press the Blu-ray icon at the top of the touch screen. You might have to power on the Blu-ray player. Insert your disc and press play. You can control the Blu-ray player from the touch panel.

Please remember to turn the system off when you are finished.
