- CSO subject designation (ART, BUS, EDU, etc.) [Look on inside of back cover for this abbreviation. CSO provides it.]
- Space-decimal point-main entry cutter
- Date
- CSO BUS .M37 2007
- CSO HLTH .W56 2005
- Write call number on back page of item
- Item record should have:
- Location: oca
- Status: library use only
