Davis Family Library 230 - Seminar Room

Turning on the System - Touch the touch panel screen anywhere to go to the Main Menu.

Project from HDMI - Tap Laptop HDMI, connect to your computer. Choose which screen you want to send it to.

Projecting from Apple TV/AirPlay - Press the Apple TV icon. Click the Apple TV icon on your computer screen. It is located at the top of the screen on the right. It looks like a rectangle with a triangle inserted into the bottom. Select the room you are in (LIB230). On the projection screen a 4-digit number will be displayed. Enter this 4 digit number into your computer. You should now have projection. If these instructions do not seem clear, go to go/airplay.

Watching a Blu-ray/DVD - Press the Blu-ray icon at the top of the touch panel screen. Power on the Blu-ray player and insert your disc. You can control the Blu-ray player from the touch panel. You should have projection. If you do not, contact the Helpdesk at x2200.

Using Videoconference Equipment -

Please remember to turn off the system to conserve energy.

If you are having difficulties projecting, go to go/troubleshoot or call x2200.
