-In Entourage, the "Remove" attachment button is available for POP and IMAP accounts, but not for Exchange accounts (most Middlebury accounts are set up as Exchange accounts). Thus, you cannot remove a single attachment from a message, instead you can only remove ALL attachments from a specific message. To do so:
