When do we push faculty when an ebook is available?
       Only when the ebook is already in midcat: double-check to confirm; if they insist on print, make the short-term-loaned ebl record invisible so we will not be paying for print and have usage charges on the ebook.
       If we have purchased the ebook and they insist on print, speak to Rebekah. Hopefully this will not occur very often.
