#  If the ebook is already in midcat: double-check to confirm; if they still prefer on print, make the short-term-loaned EBL record invisible so we will not be paying for print and have usage charges on the ebook.

#  If ebook is requested only purchase if it costs $150.00 or less.  Anything higher on EBL, buy print
#    If we have already purchased the ebook and they still on print, speak to Head of Collections. Hopefully this will not occur very often.
