INB Banner Toolbar is Missing

Issue: The INB Banner Toolbar (not the browser toolbar, but INB's own main toolbar) is missing (or you only see a bit of it).

Cause: Unknown.

Solution:

1. Remove Java 6. 5 and 6.20 (from Add/Remove Programs)
2. Visit go/inb?prod and you will be prompted to install Java.
3. After the installation is done, login to Banner. If you are prompted with a window that has the buttons "Run" and "Cancel", click Run. That window also has a checkbox that you can check to prevent it from appearing again.
4. If this does not help, open the account folder (C:\Documents and settings\username) and delete these folders and files:
   .jinit
   Oracle Jar Cache
   any file beginning with "jinitiator(number here).trace"
5. Visit the banner page again, login and Banner should have its toolbar.
