We keep daily statistics of items we have received and items we have withdrawn, using an Excel spreadsheet. Every month we make a new one and at the end of the year we add them up in an Annual Statistics report. Column categories across the top are Gov Docs Stacks, Fiche (envelopes), Fiche (sheets), Gifts, Davis Stacks, Armstrong, Periodicals, Maps, DVD, CD, and VHS. There is one side for Additions and one side for Withdrawals. The far left and right columns have the days of the month. The bottom row is left blank for totals.
