Manually Import Certificate

Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

  1. Open Keychain Access.
  2. Click on the button "Show Keychains" (if you only see "hide keychains" you're all set).
  3. Highlight the "Login" keychain.
  4. Drag and drop "Middlebury-College-CA.cer" from the "Middlebury-Certificates" folder to the login keychain list.
  5. If prompted, select "Always Trust", otherwise open (double-click) the entry for Middlebury-College-CA and select "Always Trust".
  6. Highlight the System keychain, drag and drop "Middlebury-College-CA.cer" from the "Middlebury-Certificates" folder to the System keychain.
  7. If prompted, select "Always Trust", otherwise open (double-click) the entry for Middlebury-College-CA and select "Always Trust".
  8. Highlight the x509-anchor keychain, drag and drop "Middlebury-College-CA.cer" from the "Middlebury-Certificates" folder to the System keychain.
  9. If prompted, select "Always Trust", otherwise open (double-click) the entry for Middlebury-College-CA and select "Always Trust".
  10. Reboot the computer.
