MBH 405 Classroom Instructions

Turning on System - Push the “Proj On” Button; this will turn on the projector and lower the screen. There is also a white button pad on the wall above the rack that will control the screen, up and down. You can adjust the volume with the turn dial. There is a grey light switch on the wall above the rack. It turns the lights off directly in front of the projector and screen for better visibility.

Watch a DVD or VHS - Push the “DVD/VCR” button on the button panel. Then use the remote (in the top drawer of the rack) to choose DVD or VCR. You will need to control the device (play, stop, rewind, etc) from the device or from the remote.

Project from a Laptop - Push the “Laptop” button, plug the VGA cable into your computer. If you are projecting from a Mac, you will need the appropriate adapter (dongle). If you do not have projection, go to the troubleshooting section of this document.

When you are finished please turn the system off to conserve energy.

Troubleshoot - For troubleshooting tips go to go/troubleshoot or contact the Helpdesk at at x2200.
