Difference between revisions of "POD, a.k.a. Purchase on Demand, ILL to Acq Auto Purchase"

When the following criteria are met, ILL immediately passes a request to Acquisitions for purchase:

ILL request item
CM will search GOBI Acq to see if these are already queued for Approval delivery through YBP
Order will be placed as a RUSH
CM adds hold for requester
Sent to Cataloging and P&P
P&P delivers item to Circ
Patron will be notified through the ILS
