Perceptive Content
What is Content?
Content is an enterprise content management application. It provides tools that help us capture, store, retrieve and manage documents in a structured way. It includes workflow, forms and reporting capabilities. Content management solutions are implemented a department at a time, with the ability to share documents and workflow processes across departments.
How do I get it?

Troubleshooting
Enabling LearnMode for Java
You may see this error message when trying to link a document for the first time:
The solution is to close and reopen both the Content client, and Banner INB.
Error 1935
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component...
This behavior is due to a Windows Update concurrently installing an update to the computer. Upon completion of the Windows Update, restart the computer. Confirm the Windows Update process has fully completed and then try the install again.
Error opening installation log file
Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified location exists and is writable.
Contact the help desk. They may reference ticket 517276 for more information. The vendor has a resolution but, if that doesn’t work, updates could be the problem.
