KeySurvey to Qualtrics Stafford, Heather R. Fri 7/24/2015 9:18 AM Sent Items Hi Bill,

Did you test out exporting surveys from KeySurvey as a .txt file? I'm having trouble finding a way to do this.

Also - the URL didn't work until I removed the "s" from https and then it took me to:

https://middlebury.az1.qualtrics.com

Thanks!

Heather

Middlebury has decided to switch its survey platform from KeySurvey to Qualtrics.

Qualtrics is now available and below are instructions for account creation:

Click on “ Please click here to create an account"
Choose a password (if you do not see a green checkmark next to your password, then you need to make it longer)
You will see the option of entering a self-enrollment code. Please use: v9ti7
You will receive an email from Qualtrics asking you to confirm your email address
Once your email address has been confirmed, you will have access to Qualtrics
