Removing Outlook plugins/addons may resolve performance issues and strange error messages.
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Click the Other tab.
- Click the Advanced Options button.
- Click the COM Add-ins button.
- Select the add-in to be removed and then click the Remove button.
- Click OK.
- Click the Add-In Manager button.
- Uncheck the add-in to be disabled.
- Click OK.
