Syncing iCal with Middlebury's Exchange (Calendaring) Server is easy, in Snow Leopard and above.  Simply go into iCal Menu Bar Item and select Preferences.  In the window that opens select accounts and add your account with your Middlebury username and password.

Also seems to be impossible, though Apple claims they'll build this functionality into Mac OS X 10.6

Syncing the Apple Address Book is as easy as syncing the Calendar.  Just instead of clicking on the iCal Menu Bar item, you click the Address Book Menu Bar Item.  The server settings are the same (repeated again for your convenience).

Sync iCal with the College's Exchange Server
