should we substitute "Active Directory" in place of email, file server, and academic computing when referring to account username and password?  Would this make it clearer that one set of credentials applies to almost all electronic resources on campus?  And is there value in trying to enumerate the range of resources?  (web, email, file servers, remote access (vpn), other?)  And also arrange all admin systems info into a separate section?

Also, any hints for secure passwords may want to include the value of long passwords - password length is a more valuable asset than complexity in protecting an account
