Techs (Web Help Desk)
All techs can access this page. Where to set "On vacation" status.
List of all techs. When adding a new tech:
- Be sure to check the LDAP authentication checkbox.
- Link the client (again, with the LDAP box checked)
- Once the tech is saved, be sure to click the Tech Groups tab at the top to add to the appropriate group(s).
- Likewise, click the Location Groups tab to control which tickets the tech can see based on location.
