Call the Helpdesk at x2200 if this is the case.

Carr 005 Polycom

To project from a laptop

• Power on the TV

• Select TV source HDMI 1

• Connect VGA cable to your laptop

• Press Content button on Polycom remote to project on the TV screen. Remote for Polycom is in the rack drawer.


Watch a DVD

• Select TV source HDMI 2

• Insert your disk and press play. Remote for DVD player is in the rack drawer.


Watch a VHS Tape

• Select TV source AV

• Insert your tape and press play. Remote for VCR is in the rack drawer.


Using the Polycom

Use Polycom remote to turn on the Polycom unit. This might take 1-2 minutes. When it is on and all set up the camera should swing around facing front. On the monitor screen you will see the room with a box that is the Main Menu. From here you can type in a new I.P. address using the Polycom remote or you can choose Address Book or recent calls to choose to connect to one of the I.P. address's available.
