This information only applies to email accounts that have been migrated to the new Exchange 2013 server.

  • Student mailboxes will migrate beginning Wed, Dec 17 through Fri, Dec 19, 2014.
  • Faculty & Staff mailboxes will migrate beginning Sat, Dec 20 through Sun, Dec 21, 2014.

The Webmail login screen looks different. Has my email account been migrated?

Not necessarily. The login screen already has a new look because of changes in preparation for the email account migrations (see schedule above). If things still look the same once you've logged in, then your account hasn't yet migrated.

How can I shut off the Reading Pane?

  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right, beside the ?.
  2. Click Display settings in the drop-down list.
  3. Click the link for reading pane.
  4. Click to select the radio button beside Hide reading pane.
  5. Check the box beside Apply to all folders if desired.
  6. Click OK at the top to apply your changes.


How can I shut off the Conversation view?

  1. Click the Conversations by Date link; the location varies depending on your other view settings but is typically above and to the right of your message list.
  2. From the drop-down menu, choose OFF (below Conversations). Your change will be applied to the current folder. Sadly, there is currently no easy way to shut off the conversation view for all folders.


How can I turn on the Light version of Webmail?
