Gmail Users should use the setting below:

Incoming IMAP server

  • User: <username>@middlebury.edu (Fully qualified)
  • Server: outlook.office365.com
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption Method: SSL

Outgoing SMTP server

  • Server name: smtp.office365.com
  • Port: 587
  • Encryption method: TLS
