1. Add event to iModules - (follow encompass.. building connections, Master How-To Document), click on "Add to Outlook" and download file to desktop. 2. Add event to Outlook - Drag and drop file from desktop to Alumni Outlook calendar, and description time location contact info. and all will auto fill. 2.
