1. Submit your new course request at http://elearning.miis.edu, click the Courses drop down menu for the Request Course link.  Direct link to the elearning course request form.

2. Complete the fields as indicated.

3. OPTIONAL Read detailed instructions (PDF) for requesting a Moodle course.

4. OPTIONAL Watch a short video demonstration which walks through the process of requesting a course.
