Why haven’t I heard back about my application?

Explain to the applicant that it typically takes 2-3 weeks to receive and sort materials, and up to 4-6 weeks to process the application once it is complete.

Forward the call to the relevant coordinator if necessary.

I want to check that all my materials have been received.

Encourage the applicant to check on Banner first. If you have access to Bannerweb, you can check using the SAAEAPS command. Alternatively, forward the call to the relevant coordinator.
