Internet Art Equipment

Internet Art assignments will primarily be software based, but will require the use of some equipment. Internet Art students may use cameras, copy stands, video cameras, tablets, and scanners to complete assignments ranging from interactive installations to websites. Additional audio, video, and lighting equipment and accessories will be available as required by assignment.

Where Do I Save?

  • Macintosh HD - The iMac computers in Axinn 105 do not have an additional "Workspace" drive to temporarily save work locally. For this reason I recommend saving all work to a WiebeTech 200GB portable hard drive that can be checked out from the equipment office.
  • CD's and DVD's are available in the equipment office in support of curricular uses such as screenings and presentations. For all other uses CD's and DVD's can be purchased at the campus bookstore.
