Lost ID/Pin

I’ve lost my ID and/or PIN number. How can I get this information?

• If you have access to Banner:
  

1. Enter "SAAEAPS" to search.
2. Click on the "V" button.
3. Type in First/Last name.
4. Hit F8 to search.
5. Double click on the correct entry.
6. Hold down the CTRL button, hit the Page Down key to browse.

You can also enter SPAIDEN and follow the steps above (this will only give you the applicant’s ID number).

• If you do not have access to Banner:
  

Forward the call to the relevant coordinator.
